How Long Does it Take to Generate an Article?
Generating a complete article typically takes between 8 and 20 minutes, depending on the length and complexity of the topic. Wisewand first analyzes the topic in depth before generating optimized and structured content.
In which Languages Can Wisewand Generate Content?
Wisewand currently supports French, English, Spanish (soon), German (soon), and Italian (soon). Each content piece is generated natively in the chosen language, without automatic translation, to ensure optimal quality.
Can I Change My Subscription at any Time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately for an upgrade, or at the end of the billing cycle for a downgrade. No long-term commitment is required.
What is a Credit and how is it Used?
One credit corresponds to one article generated by our AI. Each time you generate a new article, one credit is consumed. Credits are valid for life and are never lost.
What is the difference between à la carte plans and subscriptions?
À la carte plans allow you to purchase a credit pack without commitment, usable indefinitely. Subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) offer a defined number of credits with more favorable rates for longer commitments. In all cases, your credits are available for life.
How Do Semi-Annual and Annual Subscriptions Work?
Semi-annual and annual subscriptions are billed in a single payment for the entire commitment period (6 or 12 months), but we display the equivalent monthly price for easier comparison. You receive all your credits at the beginning of the period, and they remain available for life.
Can I Cancel My Subscription at any Time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of the chosen plan. Your already acquired credits will remain available for life.
Do Credits Expire?
No, credits never expire. Whether you choose an à la carte plan or a subscription, your credits are available for life.
How Does Billing Work?
For à la carte plans, you are billed once at the time of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you are billed each month. For semi-annual and annual subscriptions, you are billed in a single payment at the beginning of the period for the total subscription amount.
Are there Discounts for Large Volumes?
Yes, our plans are designed to offer decreasing prices based on volume. The more credits you purchase, the lower the unit price. For very specific needs or very large volumes, please do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized offer.
