The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the terms and conditions under which Wisewand provides its users with access to its SEO-optimized content generation platform, as well as all associated services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). By using the Wisewand platform, the user acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GTCS.
Wisewand is an artificial intelligence platform enabling the automated generation of content optimized for search engine optimization (SEO). The services offered include:

The platform also allows for external integrations (WordPress, YouTube, RSS feeds) and offers project management tools, persona customization, as well as a credit and subscription system.
Orders are placed exclusively online via the platform. The user selects the plan or number of credits corresponding to their needs and proceeds with payment using the available methods.
Upon payment validation, access to the services is immediate. The user will then be able to benefit from the chosen credits or subscription to generate content according to the available modes and options.
The applicable rates are those displayed on the Wisewand website at the time of order. They are indicated in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT) and may be modified at any time without prior notice, while remaining applicable to previously validated orders.
Payment is due in full at the time of order and is made using the methods offered on the platform.
All payments made are final and strictly non-refundable, without exception. This applies even in the event of malfunction, dissatisfaction, or subsequent dispute. The user expressly waives any right of withdrawal.
The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the generated content. They must ensure that its use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to correctly configure their settings (keywords, briefs, exclusions…). Any error or omission may result in erroneous content for which Wisewand cannot be held responsible.
Content is generated automatically from the data provided by the user. Wisewand does not guarantee its accuracy, relevance, originality, or timeliness.
The service is provided ‘as is,’ without express or implied warranty. Wisewand does not guarantee that the services will meet the user’s specific needs.
The user uses the service at their own risk and agrees to release Wisewand and its partners from all liability for any damages or losses.
The technologies, methods, and tools used remain the exclusive property of Wisewand or its partners.
The generated content is transferred to the user once the order is validated. However, this transfer comes with no guarantee of originality or exclusivity.
In the event of a breach of these General Terms and Conditions, Wisewand may suspend or terminate access to the services without prior notice or compensation.
The user may terminate their subscription at any time, without refund for unused periods.
Support is available via integrated chat or email. All requests will be analyzed, but no refunds are possible, regardless of the reason.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is necessary for any order. Any subsequent modification will be published on the website. For any questions, the user may contact support via the methods indicated on the Wisewand website.
